PLASTIC FLEXIBLE TUBES

Polyethylene tubes are a versatile and safe packaging solution, highly valued in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and food industries. Available in three densities (HD, LD, LLD) and blendable as needed, they offer great flexibility and are produced in a wide range of sizes from 5ml to 400ml with 7 available diameters. Thanks to the excellent insulating properties and chemical stability of polyethylene, these tubes ensure protection, as well as aesthetic and functional customization, making them ideal to meet the demands of modern packaging strategies.

It is also possible to produce tubes using post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic to reduce the use of new plastic and minimize environmental impact. This sustainable solution, increasingly appreciated in the cosmetics sector, promotes a circular economy and meets the growing demand from consumers for responsible packaging.

COEX tubes offer an advanced packaging solution thanks to their 5-layer structure, which provides excellent barrier protection against oxygen, gases, solvents, and fragrances, ensuring optimal preservation of the contents. They are ideal for cosmetics with aggressive formulations or intense fragrances, as well as pharmaceutical, food, and industrial products, and are available in diameters ranging from 25 to 60.

ABL (Aluminium Barrier Laminate) and PBL (Plastic Barrier Laminate) tubes ensure maximum protection and durability of the contents, even for delicate or particularly demanding formulations, while offering decoration possibilities of up to 9 colors through techniques such as flexography, screen printing, hot stamping (foil) and digital printing.

This innovation enhances not only the aesthetics of the packaging, making it more modern and clean, but also the product's functionality, providing a superior user experience.

The tubes are available in various thicknesses, ranging from 275μ to 400μ, with the option to customize the internal barrier according to the customer's specific requirements: EVOH for PBL tubes and aluminum for ABL tubes.
